Dr. Andrés Fraguela Collar obtained his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mathematics in 1972 and 1974 respectively at the University of Havana. He defended his Ph.D. thesis in Mathematical and Physical Sciences at the University M.V. Lomonosov of Moscow in 1980, and later the Doctorate of State in Science in 1991.

Dr. Leonid Zerkalov graduated from the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (PFUR) with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mathematics. He has also received his Ph.D. in Physics and Mathematics after defending his dissertation in Geometry and Topology. Leonid worked as a professor of mathematics for 20 years at various universities in Russia, Spain, and Mexico.

Guillermo de Jesús Hoyos Rivera holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and a Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence from the Veracruzana University in Mexico. He also received his Doctor's degree with honors in Computer Science from the Paul Sabatier University in Toulouse-France.

His academic interests cover such areas as Parallel and Distributed Computing, High Performance Computing, the use of Web Technologies for remote collaboration, the Analysis of the Polarity of Messages on Social Networks, mainly on Twitter, and Data Science.

Dr. Fernando Brambila Paz is a graduate of the Faculty of Science of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He obtained his Master's degree in Mathematical Physics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a doctorate at the UNAM studying Quantum Mechanics.

Dr. Carmen Patricia Rosas-Colin holds a Bachelor's degree in psychology obtained at UVM. She obtained her Master's degree in Methodology of Science (CIECAS-IPN) and her Doctorate degree specializing in Educational Mathematics at CINVESTAV. Currently, she works as an educational consultant for high school program, a visiting professor in the Environmental and Development postgraduate program at CIIEMAD-IPN, and an online teacher in bachelor’s degree programs at ULA.
